Akasha Healing provides a unique and powerful form of subconscious healing by combining the restorative energy of Reiki Healing with the transformative practice of Hypnotherapy. Through this harmonious integration of modalities, Kathryn offers a rare opportunity to achieve deep healing on a subconscious level. Reiki facilitates relaxation, enabling the body to enter a state of ease and receptivity. Hypnotherapy is used to help you discover the subconscious reasons for behaviors, patterns, habits and more. When they are discovered, certain tools and techniques are used to help release them and relearn a new positive way of thinking, subconsciously. This is called hypnotherapy. Past Life Regression (PLR) Past Life Regression (PLR) is a gentle form of hypnotherapy which takes an individual back through time to their previous lives or incarnations by accessing memories and experiences that are normally hidden in their subconscious mind. Life today is so busy and so ‘noisy’ that these memories are usually concealed beneath the noise of everyday thoughts. A PLR session guides you out of the noise and into a deeply quiet and peaceful state where it’s far easier to locate the memories held in your subconscious mind. Life Between Lives (LBL) Life Between Lives (LBL) enables you to access your own spiritual wisdom to find a deeper understanding of who you are as an immortal identity, bringing healing and expanded consciousness to your current life. ‘Life Between Lives’ refers to the experience of being between incarnations (the inter-life), where you exist as a pure energy being. Its a process that allows you to remember your experience of the afterlife and reconnect you with your higher self and your spirit guides.

Cancellation Policy

All individual sessions must be paid upon booking. Prepaid fees are to be used within one year of payment. I understand that all prepaid fees are non-refundable. A full session fee will be charged for less than 48 hours notice of cancellation.
