Come lie down, close your eyes, and leave the outside world behind for a little while. Total Relaxation Meditation is a deeply restorative sound healing experience created to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Kathryn will gently guide you through your breath while the soothing sounds of 432 Hz quartz crystal singing bowls, hand-hammered Tibetan bowls from Nepal, 99% quartz crystal singing bowls, and the crystal harp fill the space around you. As the sounds move through the room, Reiki flows gently through the experience, creating a peaceful and supportive environment for relaxation, reflection, and renewal. You don’t need to know how to meditate. You don’t need to arrive feeling peaceful. You don’t need to do anything perfectly. Just come as you are. Let your breath become slow and natural. Let the bowls speak. Let the sound move around and through you. Let yourself wander into those quiet inner places we don’t always have time to visit. This experience is perfect for groups, gatherings, retreats, celebrations, and private events where Kathryn comes to you and creates a peaceful space for everyone to relax, receive, and reconnect. Kathryn began bringing Reiki and sound together in her healing work in 2014. Over the years, this practice has continued to deepen and evolve into what she now calls the Reiki-Infused Sound Bath. Total Relaxation Meditation was born from that work. It is part meditation, part sound journey, part energetic experience—and an invitation to step outside of time for a little while and simply receive. You may journey somewhere within yourself. You may find clarity. You may fall asleep. You may simply rest more deeply than you have in a very long time. Whatever unfolds is yours.
